Hand Follows Eye Studios is a mobile art school with accessible workshops for artists of all skill levels,
founded by Rachel Deane and Mads Gobbo.
Our workshops encourage exploration and make space for failure and fun in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Through collaborative exercises and guided lessons, we practice art as a way to care for and honor the body.
Hand Follows Eye Studios partners with Junior High LA, Spaces Therapy, and Nova Community Arts to produce regular ticketed workshops. We have also worked with organizations such as NeueHouse, The Ace Hotel, The Culver Hotel, The LA Zoo, Element Art Center, Little Green Art Center, and The Other Art Fair. Hand Follows Eye Studios is available to hire for pop up workshops and private classes.
